1. Product Misrepresentation: The product does not align with its advertised description.
2. Product Defect, Damage, or Non-Functionality: The product is defective, damaged, or does not operate as advertised.
3. Refund Request Deadline: You must submit a refund request within seven (7) days of receiving the product.
4. Unwanted Product: In instances where you no longer desire the product, the following conditions must be met:
   1. The product must remain unused.
   2. It must be sealed in its original packaging.
